Terms and Conditions​

• Check-in must be completed at least 30 minutes before the activity at the designated Blue Xperiences locations.
• It is mandatory to present the reservation number at check-in.

Reservations for more than 5 participants are subject to approval by Blue Xperiences. Even if the reservation has been made for more than 5 people, direct contact with Blue Xperiences is required for validation. Failure to follow this procedure may result in the cancellation of the reservation at check-in

• The execution of activities is subject to favorable sea and weather conditions. Blue Xperiences reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity in case of adverse conditions.
• For safety reasons, disembarkation in certain areas may not be possible.
• Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Flexible cancellation: full refund for cancellations made up to 32 hours before the experience for reservations with up to 9 people; and up to 72 hours before for reservations with 10 or more people.

Private Experiences: full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance.
50% refund of the total estimated amount for cancellations made between 72 and 36 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 36 hours in advance will not be refunded.
In cases of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances duly recognized by Blue Xperiences, an alternative date will be offered. If no date is agreed upon, a partial refund may be issued, deducting up to 15% of the amount as an administration and preparation fee.

Events: full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance.
50% refund of the estimated or agreed amount for cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded.
In cases of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances duly recognized by Blue Xperiences, a new date for the event will be proposed. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund will be issued, deducting administrative and logistical costs of up to 20% of the total amount.

• Activities such as Stand Up Paddle (SUP) and Kayak are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back problems or similar conditions, and children under 5 years old or shorter than 1.10m in height.
• Wearing life jackets provided by Blue Xperiences is mandatory during water activities.

Blue Xperiences is not responsible for material damage or loss of personal belongings during activities. Participants are advised to ensure the proper protection of their belongings.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages and illicit substances before or during activities is prohibited. Blue Xperiences reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without the right to a refund.

Personal data collected during the booking process will be used exclusively for managing activities and communicating with clients, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Blue Xperiences reserves the right to change schedules, routes, or cancel activities due to safety concerns, adverse weather conditions, or other operational reasons. In such cases, clients will be informed as early as possible and will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling of the activity.

• Blue Xperiences provides all necessary equipment for the activities.
• Photos and videos may be taken during activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the team before the activity begins.

All participants are expected to follow the instructions of the guides and adhere to established safety rules. Inappropriate behavior or any actions that endanger the safety of participants or staff may result in the termination of the activity without a refund.
