Never surfed and always wanted to try? This is the perfect experience for you. In just 2h, our certified instructor teaches you everything you need to know to stay on the board on the waves of Armação de Pêra.
The lesson begins on land with a safety and technique briefing, followed by practice in the sea with constant instructor supervision. All equipment is included — board and wetsuit.
Armação de Pêra has ideal surf conditions for beginners: gentle waves, a long beach and a safe environment. It really is the best way to fall in love with surfing.

Requirements and restrictions
- You must know how to swim and be comfortable swimming in open water
- Lessons follow the low tide: the start time may shift slightly and our team will contact you to confirm it
- For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot take part
- Because of the physical nature of the activity and the possibility of sudden movements or rockslides, it is not recommended for people with chronic back or neck problems, or who have had surgery in the last 6 months
