The rules that apply to every experience booked with Blue Xperiences.
Booking and payment
Bookings are made on the FareHarbor platform and paid by card. The exact amount for your date and group size is shown before you confirm.
Cancellation
Full refund or credit if you cancel in advance. Deadline by experience: Benagil Cave Paddleboard Experience: 72 h; Benagil Caves Kayak Experience: 72 h; Surf Experience / Lesson Clinic: 72 h; Benagil Caves SUP Sunset: 72 h; Paddleboarding Benagil Caves at Sunrise: 72 h; Private Surf Lesson • 1 to 4 People Session: 72 h; Private Surf Lesson • 1 to 2 People Session: 72 h; The Secret Algarve: Seven Hanging Valleys Trail with a Local Guide: 7 days. If we cancel because of weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or credit. No-shows and late arrivals are charged the full price.
Sea conditions
If conditions are not safe we reschedule at no cost or refund in full. The decision always rests with Blue Xperiences, for safety.
Ages and supervision
Each experience shows its age range on its page (the same one shown at booking). For SUP, children under 11 share a board with an adult; for kayak, children (5–12) share a double kayak with an adult.
Safety
A life jacket is mandatory on water experiences and is included. All activities are led by certified guides and covered by insurance.
Arrival
Please arrive ahead of time (30 minutes in Benagil, 20 minutes for surf and 15 minutes for the hike). Late arrivals may miss the activity without a refund.
