This policy explains which personal data we collect, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what your rights are. It applies to this website, operated by Blue Xperiences.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Blue Xperiences, operating in Armação de Pêra, Algarve, Portugal.

What data we collect
We collect only what is needed to provide the service:
- Booking data (name, email, phone, date and number of participants) — collected by FareHarbor when you book
- The email you leave in the chatbot, if you ask for the conversation summary
- The chatbot conversation, when you request the summary
- Aggregated browsing data (pages viewed, device, traffic source) through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Why we use it
Each purpose has its own legal basis:
- To perform the booking and deliver the experience — performance of a contract
- To answer enquiries and send the conversation summary — consent
- To measure audience and improve the site — legitimate interest, with aggregated data
- To comply with invoicing and safety obligations — legal obligation
Who it is shared with
We do not sell personal data. We share only with providers needed to run the service:
- FareHarbor — booking and payment system
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) — audience measurement
- Elfsight — display of Google and TripAdvisor reviews
- Web hosting — the server where the site runs
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for the period required for tax and liability purposes. Chatbot email and conversation are kept only as long as needed to answer the request, and for a maximum of two years.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, write to info@bluexperiences.pt.
If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to those who need it to provide the service.
